Study and an afternoon jog

The stress from uni must be catching up with me because I slept in until 12 today. Before breakfast I weighed myself just to see where I'm at, and I found that I'm maintaining my weight nicely (74.8 kg). The rest of the day was another standard day studying - putting together exam notes and listening to iLectures. For a break I went out for about an 18 minute jog followed by some lower body stretches which felt nice after sitting down all day.

My forearm hasn't played up today and I'm still stretching it very lightly every now and then. I might start some light strengthening exercises for it at the beginning of next week if the inflammation continues to stay down.
