Cardio: 20 min jog and brisk walk followed by lower body stretches
Tendonitis rehab: 5 min massage, extensor/flexor stretches and 10 min icing x 2 throughout the day
Forearm was feeling quite sore today, could be due to the workout last night or the eccentric exercises. Not sure whether to have a super light upper body workout tomorrow, I'll see how everything is in the morning.
