* Dumbbell rows for some reason really aggravate my forearm. Wearing a lifting strap doesn't make much of a difference with this one. It's strange because BB rows are fine.
Before and after this workout I massaged, stretch and iced my elbow. Overall it's not felling too bad, but I'm stilling wondering if I should just drop the upper body workouts all together for the next two weeks and pick them back up after exams.
