Cardio: 20 min late night jog
Tendonitis stuff:
- Applied 10 min heat and stretched extensors and flexors x 3
- Eccentric wrist curls: 15/15 @ 2 kg
- Eccentric rever wrist curls: 12/12 @ 2 kg
