Single leg curls - 12/12/12 @ 12.5 kg
Barbell calf raises - 12/12/2 @ 40 kg
Leg raises - 12/12 @ BW
Weighted crunches - 15/15@ 10 kg
My elbow has been sore today and the workout made it inflamed. Other than that it was good, and I need to keep the weights this low for the next week or so. I'm going to reduce my workout frequency to 3x per week to give my elbow more time to recover.
After the workout I iced my arm twice for about 15 min each.
