Lower body front squats

Studied for a few hours in the morning and had a leg workout before going out with Elise. I decided to ditch the deadlifts in this workout and replace them with front squats to avoid too much strain on my arm. I'm not going to attempt any upper body work until after exams in about two or so weeks so I can really get rid of this tendonitis once and for all.

Energy: Good
Total time: 50 min

1. Front squats: 15/15/12 @ 27.5 kg
2. DB Bulgarian split squats: 13/12/12 @ 10 kg
3. Hamstring curls: 12/12 @ 25 kg + 12 @ 20 kg
4. Single leg calf raises: 12/10/8 @ BW + 5 kg
5. Crunches: 15/12/12 @ 7.5 kg *
6. Bicycles crunches: 12/10/8 @ BW

* Supersetted crunches with bicycles
