Upper body workout - First attempt at lifting again

It's been just over 5 weeks since I stopped lifting and my forearm has made some good improvement. I don't want to rush into things too quickly again, so this morning I had a super easy upper body workout with no direct arm work, Overall it went okay, however I stopped when I felt some soreness in my elbow during dumbbell rows. If my arm's worse tomorrow then I'll give it a few more weeks rest. If not, I'll continue the light workouts until it's fully healed.

1. Incline DB press: 12/11/10 @ 20 kg
2. BB Rows: 12/12/12 @ 22.5 kg
3. BB bench press: 12/12/12 @ 27.5 kg
4. DB rows: 10 @ 10 kg
5. Side raises (standing): 15/15 @ 2.5 kg
