Cardio: 30 min brisk walk in the evening
Elbow: 2 sets of eccentric wrist curls (7.5 kg 12 reps) and 2 sets of reverse eccentric wrist curls (7.5 kg 10 reps). Iced afterwards, and stretched throughout the day.
Comments: Had a bad day today. My elbow didn't feel too bad, still some light soreness though.
