1. Bent over rows - 15, 12, 12 @ 30 kg
2. Incline DB bench press - 15, 12, 12 @ 15 kg
3. DB rows - 15, 12, 12 @ 15 kg
4. Military press - 15, 12, 10 @ 20 kg
5. Seated rear delt flyes - 15, 15 @ 4 kg
6. Single arm DB tricep extensions - 15, 15 @ 5 kg
7. Seated DB hammer curls - 15, 15 @ 5 kg
Cardio: 25 min brisk walk and jogging intervals
Comments: Good workout overall. Might have to drop arm work from my future workouts though as the tricep work in particular caused some pain in my elbow. Apart from that exercise my elbow was only slightly sore during the workout. I iced and massaged it afterwards.
