Hill sprints (9.00 pm)
- 5 min warmup and cool down
- 4 x 10 - 20 seconds with 3 - 4 minutes rest between sprints
- Stretched out lower body to finish
Comments: This was the first time I've sprinted since high school and I really felt it. By the end I could feel my food wanting to come up and felt absolutely winded. The sprints themselves felt awesome and I'm looking forward to my next sprint workout.
Note for next time - Bring a Shuffle, not an iPhone. I had to hold it while I ran which took away from the workout.
