Hill sprints - Clint way

- 5 min warmup jog
- 5 x 10 sec sprints with 4 min rests

Comments:  I'm still trying to find the right distance for 10 sec sprints so the first sprint was actually almost 20 seconds. Im roughly running about 60 m. Overall this workout absolutely killed me but it felt great.
