Hill sprints - Clint way (8.20 pm)
- 5 min warmup jog
- 4 x 10 sec sprints with 3 min rests
- Stretched out lower body afterwards
Comments: Awesome sprints tonight, I felt really good. I've got a feel for the distance to run about 10 seconds now and reduced my rest periods to 3 minutes or so. On another note, my elbow isn't too bad today, but it's still slightly sore to touch. I picked up Krill oil today for it so I'll see how that goes. I also bought a pair of Nike Free's off eBay today and I can't wait to finally have a decent pair of shows to run in.
