2. RDL - 15, 12, 12 @ 30 kg
3. Leg extensions - 3 x 15 @ 30 kg
4. Leg curls - 2 x 12 @ 22.5 kg
5. BB calf raises - 15, 12, 12 @ 45 kg
6. Weighted crunches - 20, 18 @ 17.5 kg
7. Bicycles - 2 x 10 @ BW
Comments: I really felt like a workout tonight so I ended up hitting legs. I was feeling a little tired, but overall a really good workout. My elbows been slightly sore today, however there wasn't much pain after this workout. After a good sleep tonight I think I'll get into an upper body workout tomorrow.
